The Müller Point is a headland near the eastern end of South Georgia . It represents the eastern boundary of Iris Bay .
The South Georgia Survey mapped them in its 1951-1957 survey campaign . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1958 after Johannes Müller († 1941), Second Officer in charge of navigation on board the Deutschland for the Second German Antarctic Expedition (1911-1912) under the direction of Wilhelm Filchner . Müller's surveying work contributed significantly to the improvement of maps of South Georgia.
