The Beitou waste incineration plant ( Chinese  北投 垃圾 焚化 廠 , Pinyin Běitóu lèsè fénhuàchǎng ) in Zhoumei, Beitou , Taipei on Taiwan is a waste incineration plant built in the 1990s with a power plant delivering 48 megawatts .

In 2000, a revolving restaurant called the Star Tower Restaurant was set up at the 150 meter high chimney of the facility at a height of 120 meters , which is accessible via an elevator. In order to reduce the reservations of the population of the Beitou district and the neighboring Shilin , they can use the viewing platform free of charge.

The 10.6 hectare site of the waste incineration plant consists of the plant itself and the Zhoumei sports park. On the latter there is a themed hall, a swimming pool, a sports park, a garden, a tennis court, a basketball court, a kindergarten and a parking garage. There is also a car repair shop and car wash on the site.

Every year in the seventh month of the lunar calendar since 2000, ghost money has been burned in the waste incineration plant to give it to the dead in the afterlife.
