The M3 ( Magistrale No. 3) is a trunk road in Belarus . It connects the Belarusian capital Minsk with the north of the country. It leads from the Belarusian capital past Lepel to Vitebsk . It opens up a scenic and therefore important area for inland tourism near the Naratschsee . Almost its entire course of the M3 has been developed as a two-lane main road.
