The MNP Tower is a skyscraper built in 2015 in Vancouver , British Columbia , Canada . The building is located at 1021 West Hastings Street near Canada Place and the portion of Vancouver Harbor that is on Burrard Inlet .
The building reaches a height of 143 meters and has 36 floors. It has a restaurant, café, gym, daycare center, conference rooms and a roof terrace.
It was designed by the architects Kohn Pedersen Fox and Musson Cattell Mackey Partnership . Its floor plan differs from the usual rectangular or square construction. Three of the corners of the floor plan are strongly rounded, while the fourth corner protrudes through the slightly curved sides that form them. The building is being built and operated by real estate company Oxford Properties Group .
