Mabouya Island is a small, uninhabited island belonging to Grenada in the Lesser Antilles in the Caribbean directly off the northwest coast of the island of Carriacou .

The island is located just off the northwest coast of Carriacou, in front of the Paradise Beach of L'Esterre . Together with Sandy Island and the Caps Point Cistern and Lauriston Point, it forms the boundary of L'Esterre Bay ( Fijay Bay ). The southern edge of the island extends from west to east and from there the island stretches north into the Caribbean. The north-western part rises up to approx. 20 m .
