Maciej Kurowski
Maciej Kurowski (born June 19, 1986 in Jelenia Góra ) is a Polish luge rider .
Kurowski, a student from Jelenia Góra, has been sledding since 2000 and has been part of the Polish national luge squad since 2005. He has been competing in the Luge World Cup since the 2006/07 season . He achieved his best result so far in a single race in his first season as 27th in Altenberg . With the team he reached sixth place in Calgary in the same season. At the 2007 Luge World Championships in Igls , he finished 38th in the individual race, and Kurowski was tenth with the team. In the 2007/08 season he also competed in doubles with Adam Wanielista and reached positions 22 and 23 at the season finale in Sigulda. In the single-seater he took part in all races and was 31st in the overall standings, but was already able to produce the outstanding ones Do not confirm services anymore.
