In February 1999 Quelle entered into a partnership with the entrepreneur Klaus Wirth under the name Tristyle, in which various special mail-order companies were combined, including Madeleine. TriStyle took over 51 percent of the company shares and Wirth became its managing director. The German headquarters were relocated to Zirndorf near Fürth in 2001 .
