The Madell Point is a headland at the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 3 km northeast of Cape Rey at the northwest end of the Pernik Peninsula and protrudes into the Crystal Sound .
Aerial photographs of the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition (1955–1957) were used to map them. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them in 1959 after James Stuart Madell (* 1932), geodesist of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey on Detaille Island in 1957, who was responsible for the surveys in this area.
