The Madison Square Park Tower (also at the address 45 East 22nd Street known) is the name and address of a skyscraper in New York City . It was named after his address and is located in the Manhattan borough , near Madison Square . The project was first mentioned in public in 2013.

The skyscraper is exactly 777 feet, i.e. 237 meters high, and has 64 floors, on which only apartments are housed. The number of apartments available is 83. The project developer Eichner Properties commissioned the well-known architects Kohn Pedersen Fox for the planning .

The construction was approved in 2014.

The building has a glass facade , with a characteristic sloping roof at the end. The construction work started in March 2015 and completed in 2017 according to the original plans. The building reached its final height at the end of April 2016.
