Madlitz-Wilmersdorf was a municipality southeast of Berlin in the Oder-Spree district in Brandenburg . The community was part of the Office Odervorland .

history

The community was formed on December 31, 2001 through the merger of the previous communities Alt Madlitz and Wilmersdorf. As early as October 8, 1948, Neu Madlitz was incorporated into Alt Madlitz.

On October 26, 2003, Falkenberg near Fürstenwalde was incorporated into the Madlitz-Wilmersdorf community.

On January 1, 2014, the community was incorporated into Briesen (Mark) .

The former municipality is located south of the federal highway 5 , which runs from Frankfurt (Oder) to Berlin .
