Magdalena by Callot
Magdalena von Callot , née Marie Magdalene Wagmuth, (born November 29, 1774 , † October 12, 1847 in Vienna ) was an Austrian writer.
She was the daughter of the Imperial and Royal War Commissaires Franz Wagmuth and received her education in her father's house and began to write at an early age. She married the officer Johann von Callot , with whom she had two sons, the officer Eduard von Callot (1793–1862) and the civil engineer Carl von Callot (born May 16, 1806).
