The house at Magdalenenstrasse 15 was built around 1600 . Stylistically, the building belongs to the Renaissance . The house comes from the first phase of construction in the old suburb. The building is the originally preserved two-axis house type with a simple renaissance gable and a side entrance gate that is not covered. In 1985 the house was restored. The side walls were built as a visible framework . The facade is plastered .
