Magno do Prado Nazaret (born January 17, 1986 in Dourados ) is a Brazilian cyclist .

Career

Magno Nazaret finished third in the Brazilian U23 time trial championships in 2005. In 2006 he won the São Paulo Grand Prix and one stage each at the Volta de Porto Alegre and at the Volta do Estado de São Paulo . He also won the U23 time trial at the Pan American Games and finished second in the elite. In the national senior time trial championships, however, he was only third. At the road cycling world championships in Salzburg , Nazareth was blocked and was not allowed to start because he had a high hematocrit value. Since 2007 he has been under contract with the Brazilian Continental Team Scott-Marcondes Cesar . In his first season there he won the overall ranking of the Volta do Estado de São Paulo. In 2011, 2015 and 2017 he was the Brazilian champion in the individual time trial .

In 2012 Nazaret won two overall rankings, the Vuelta Ciclista al Uruguay and the Tour do Brasil Volta Ciclística de São Paulo-Internacional . In the latter, he won again in 2014. In 2017 and 2018 he won the Vuelta Ciclista al Uruguay more times.
