Magnus Kirt (born  April 10, 1990 ) is an Estonian athlete who specializes in throwing a javelin .

In the javelin throw at the European Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2018, Kirt placed bronze with a throwing distance of 85.96 m behind the Germans Thomas Röhler (89.47 m) and Andreas Hofmann (87.60 m).

Kirt is two-time Estonian javelin champion (81.32 m, Tallinn , 2015, and 80.04 m, Tallinn, 2017). He was voted Estonia's Sportsman of the Year in 2018 .

He achieved the greatest success of his career so far at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha by winning the silver medal.

Kirt was also active as a high and long jumper .
