The Magnusson Knausen is a nunatak in the Heimefrontfjella of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises from the ice masses in the south-western part of Milorgfjella between the Rieber-Mohnberget and the Hanssonhorna .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1987 after Oscar Magnusson (1911–1987), a Norwegian porter and central figure in the resistance movement in Bergen against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
