Mahesh Jadu (born October 26, 1982 in Carlton , Melbourne , Victoria ) is an Australian actor in film and television. He played roles in films such as Taj , The Three Ages of Sasha , I, Frankenstein and The Lovers . But he was best known for his portrayal of Dr. Doug Harris in the Australian television series Neighbors .

life and career

Mahesh Jadu was born in 1982 in Carlton, a Melbourne district in the Australian state of Victoria, as a son with Indian and Mauritian roots. He first worked as a composer for an Australian show called Byte Me before joining the Indian film Sorry Bhai! In 2008 for a small role . was used. He made his living playing poker before auditioning for the Australian series Neighbors . He got the role of Dr. Doug Harris, whom he impersonated in 274 episodes between 2010 and 2011.
