The Mahindra Alturas G4 is an SUV from the Indian automobile manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra Limited , which is identical to the second generation of the SsangYong Rexton .
history
The vehicle was presented for the first time at the Auto Expo in February 2018. It has been sold in India since November 2018. There it is positioned above the Mahindra XUV 500 as the manufacturer's top model. In contrast to the XUV 500, the SUV will not be offered on the European market because Ssangyong is already represented there with the Rexton.
Technical specifications
At market launch, the vehicle will be offered exclusively with a 133 kW (181 hp) 2.2-liter diesel engine . The standard 7-speed automatic transmission comes from Mercedes-Benz .
