Mailen Auroux (born July 25, 1988 in Buenos Aires ) is a former Argentine tennis player .

Career

Auroux, who started tennis at the age of six, loved clay courts and played mostly ITF tournaments. She won 12 singles and 22 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit . She celebrated her greatest success on the WTA Tour at the end of February 2013 together with her doubles partner María Irigoyen at the XXI Copa Claro Colsanitas 2013 in Bogotá by making it to the quarter-finals. There they were defeated by the Serbian pairing Jelena Janković and Aleksandra Krunić with 6: 1, 4: 6 and [9:11].

She played her last individual match in July 2013 and her last double in December 2013 and has not been in the world rankings since the end of 2014.

Auroux played for the Argentine Fed Cup team from 2010 to 2013 . She has been used in nine games and won seven of her ten games (all wins in doubles).
