After Reinhard von Ellrichshausen's death, the estate was initially managed by tenants and in 1818 it was taken over by Friedrich von Ellrichshausen under his own management. It was significantly expanded through the construction of farm buildings and in the 1850s through clearing and covered a size of 506 acres . Mainly forage production and sheep breeding were carried out on the estate . The manor formed its own sub-community within Züttlingen. From 1846 on, the property was again given to tenants, after the Züttlinger sugar factory was founded.
