Makoto Kimura ( Japanese 木村 誠 Kimura Makoto ; born June 10, 1979 in Fukui Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Kimura learned to play football on the school team at Maruoka High School and the university team at Komazawa University . He signed his first contract with the Kawasaki Frontale in 2002 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . In 2004 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . For the club he completed 25 league games. In 2006 he moved to the second division Montedio Yamagata . In 2008 he was runner-up in the J2 League with the club and was promoted to the J1 League. For the club he completed 50 league games. He then played for the Kanazawa and Sakai Phoenix branches . At the end of 2015, he ended his career as a football player.
