Malaury Martin (born August 25, 1988 in Nice ) is a French football player who is under contract with FC Palermo .

Career

Martin comes from the AS Monaco offspring . From the 2006/07 season he was part of the professional squad. However, he played his first game for the red and whites in the previous season, still as an amateur. In the two years with the professionals, he did not make the final breakthrough. He often played in the reserve team of the club, of which he was the captain. For the 2008/09 season, Martin was loaned to Olympique Nîmes . When he was promoted to Ligue 2 , he should gain match practice and further experience. In August 2010 Martin moved to the Premier League newly promoted FC Blackpool , where he signed a contract until the end of June 2011.

In January 2017, Martin moved to the Scottish first division club Heart of Midlothian . In the meantime he played on loan at Dunfermline Athletic .

For the 2019/20 season, Martin moved to the Italian fourth division club SSD Palermo . After the season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic , the club went into the series C and was called to the season 2020/21 in FC Palermo to.

Martin was a member of various French national teams, most recently in 2008 for the U-21 national team .
