Mallaranny ( Irish : An Mhala Raithní ) is a place in County Mayo in the province of Connacht in Ireland. It is located on the isthmus between the An Corrán Peninsula and mainland Ireland, which separates Clew Bay from Blacksod Bay .

Mallaranny is on the N59 national road, which leads north and west towards Ballina and south towards Westport . The R319 starts here and leads over the An Corrán peninsula to the island of Acaill .

Events
