Malte Nolting (born February 5, 1999 ) is a German handball player . He is primarily used as a cyclist and is also considered a defense specialist.

Career

Nolting went through all of GWD Minden's youth teams and reached the quarter-finals with the A-youth in 2017 and the semi-finals for the German championship in 2018 . In the senior sector he mainly plays for Minden's second team in the 3rd division , but is also used sporadically by the professionals. On November 2, 2017, he was part of the Bundesliga team for the first time, but was not used. He made his debut on September 30, 2018 in the home game against TVB Stuttgart . In this game he also scored his first goal in the top German division. In summer 2020 he joined the third division Leichlinger TV .
