Manfred Bergfeld (born March 13, 1961 ) is a former German soccer player .
Career
Bergfeld played six Bundesliga games for Borussia Mönchengladbach . In the 1981-82 season he gave on January 16, 1982 in an away game at the Weserstadion of Werder Bremen at the 1: 0 win his debut as him coach Jupp Heynckes called into the starting lineup. At Borussia, however, he did not prevail in the further course of the season. The paths parted for the new season and Bergfeld switched to the amateur camp for 1. FC Viersen and later for SC Jülich in 1910 .
National team
Bergfeld played six times for the German A youth national team. He played a youth tournament with her in Israel in the winter of 1977 and in May 1978 took part in the UEFA youth tournament , the predecessor of the U-18 European Championship, in Poland .
Others
After his career as a footballer, Bergfeld started his own business as the owner of a company for the restoration of natural stone floors.
