Manfred Kern (born February 13, 1964 in Vienna) is a former Austrian football player on the position of midfielder. As a national player he played three internationals between 1985 and 1988.
After the end of his career, Manfred Kern worked for Wiener Austria together with Frenkie Schinkels and Peter Stöger . The ex-national player was project manager for the Austrian Federal Railways for EURO 2008 .
