Manfred Kerner
Manfred Kerner (born September 24, 1948 in Bielefeld ; † January 6, 2019 in Berlin ) was a German political scientist.
Life
After receiving his doctorate at the Free University of Berlin in 1979 and his habilitation there in 1987, he became a professor there in 1997 .
