Manfred Werber
Manfred Werber (* 1938 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
After receiving his doctorate on November 9, 1967 as Dr. iur. in Hamburg he taught there from 1977 to 2002, until 1978 as a scientific advisor and professor, as a professor for civil law and insurance law.
