Manu Hartmann

Manu Hartmann (* 1973 in Liestal , Canton Basel-Landschaft , Switzerland ) is a Swiss musician, songwriter and singer. She received appreciative reviews in Swiss and South German newspapers for combining the musical styles of jazz and blues . Her style contains elements of funk , soul , gospel and rumba blues.

Career

In July 2005, after appearing as a guest singer in more than 10 formations, she founded the "Manu Hartmann Band", which since then has been with the musicians Kelvin Bullen ( Trinidad / Tobago ), Hani Ali ( Egypt ), Gordon Cant ( Scotland ) and Rene Rothacher ( Switzerland ). They performed at festivals in Switzerland.
