Parti Communiste

The Communist Party ( French : Parti Communiste , PC) is a communist party in the Walloon part of Belgium . It emerged in 1989 alongside the Flemish Communist Party from a split in the Belgian Communist Party . The party chairman is Pierre Beauvois.

The PC is editor of the newspapers Le Drapeau Rouge and Mouvements .

At the party congress on July 30, 2018, it was decided to leave the party of the European Left ; however, the Parti Communiste is still a member of the EL.
