María Belén Martínez
María Belén Martínez (born October 19, 1989 ) is an Argentine weightlifter .
Life
She reached sixth place at the Pan American Championships in 2008 in the class up to 63 kg. At the Pan American Championships in 2009 she competed in the 69 kg class and was eighth. In 2010 she was seventh at the Pan American Championships. In October of the same year, however, she was tested positive for boldenone in a doping control and banned for two years. After her suspension, she returned to the international scene in 2013 and came in fifth at both the Pan American Championships and the South American Championships. Martínez was also fifth at the 2014 South American Games . In 2015, she finished seventh at the Pan American Games .
