Marc Haeberlin
Marc Haeberlin (born November 28, 1954 in Illhaeusern ) is a French chef .
Life
Marc Haeberlin is the son of Paul Haeberlin , whose Alsatian restaurant L'Auberge de l'Ill was awarded three Michelin stars every year from 1967 to 2018 . Marc Haeberlin was trained by Paul Bocuse , Gaston Lenôtre and the Troisgros brothers, among others .
In 1976 Marc Haeberlin took over the kitchen in the third generation of the family.
In 2019, L'Auberge de l'Ill will only be listed with two stars in the Michelin Guide.
