Marc Hafner (born February 15, 1986 in Göppingen ) is a German handball player. He plays in the third division at HSG Konstanz . Until 2009 he belonged to HR Ortenau , and before that (until November 2008) he played at TBV Lemgo in the first handball league . In addition, the right winger had a double play right there with the reserve of the TBV, Handball Lemgo II, in order to collect further game practice in the regional league .

His career began at TSV Heiningen . In 2004 he then moved to the regional league club VfL Waiblingen . For the 2007/2008 season he was signed by TBV Lemgo. There he occupied the right wing position behind Florian Kehrmann . Due to a lack of match practice, Hafner decided in November 2008 to move to the 2nd Bundesliga at HR Ortenau. Hafner played 34 youth and 42 junior internationals. With the junior national team he became European champion in Innsbruck in 2006.
