Marc Tüngler

Marc Tüngler (* 1968 ) is a German lawyer from Herne . He is a member of various supervisory boards and has been Managing Director of the German Association for Protection of Securities Holdings since 2011 .

Live and act

Tüngler studied law at the University of Cologne and was admitted to the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court in 1999 . In the same year he began his work for the registered association of the German Protection Association for Securities Ownership (DSW). In 2005 he was appointed managing director of DSW Service GmbH. Between 2007 and 2011 he was managing director and has been managing director of DSW since 2011.

He has also been a member of the supervisory board of InnoTec TSS , freenet AG (since 2012), innogy SE (since 2017) and Albis Leasing AG (since 2017).

He has been a member of the government commission on the German Corporate Governance Code since 2015 . He is also a member of the board of the German Supervisory Board eV and publisher of BOARD magazine for supervisory boards in Germany .
