Marcel Gensoul
Marcel-Bruno Gensoul (born October 12, 1880 in Montpellier , † December 30, 1973 in Val-de-Grâce ) was a French admiral .
Marcel Gensoul was Marine Prefect in Lorient . In 1940 he was in command of the French warships that were destroyed in the port of Mers-el-Kébir by the British Navy during Operation Catapult .
