Marcel Großkreutz (born September 5, 1985 in Dortmund ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Marcel Großkreutz played in his youth for the Dortmund clubs VfR Sölde , TSC Eintracht and SG Phönix Eving. In 2005 he finally moved to Borussia, which is also based there . Here he was used in the second team, which he made his first professional appearance on July 25, 2009 after their promotion to the 3rd division in 2009, when he was in the 61st minute for Christian Eggert in the 3: 4 opening defeat at Wacker Burghausen when the score was 0: 1 from Dortmund's point of view, was substituted. He scored his first goal as a professional on March 20, 2010 in the 2-0 success of BVB's second representation at Wuppertaler SV Borussia .
