Marck Coffin (born September 27, 1991 in Las Vegas ) is an American - Austrian basketball player .

career

Mike Coffin's son gained his first experience in the Bundesliga in short appearances in the Kapfenberg Bulls shirt during the 2009/10 season , but played mainly in the youth field. In 2011 he moved to the United States, the homeland of his father, and played first at the Caldwell High School (State Idaho ), then at Treasure Valley Community College (State Oregon ) before 2014 to 2016 the team of the College of Idaho in the second division of the NAIA reinforced. Coffin played a total of 51 games for Idaho and scored an average of ten points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.2 basket assists and 1.8 ball wins per use.

In 2016 he returned to Kapfenberg and won the Austrian championship and the cup competition with the team in the 2016/17 and 2017/18 seasons. Coffin was named the best defender of the 2017/18 season. In Kapfenberg he became team captain and from December 2017 his father took care of him as head coach. In the 2018/19 season, Kapfenberg led to victory in the cup competition as well as in the championship as captain.

In the summer break of 2019 he moved to the German third division UBC Münster .
