Marco Kaffenberger (born July 9, 1996 in Lindenfels ) is a German soccer player .

Career

After starting out as a youth at KSV Reichelsheim, SV Darmstadt 98 , 1. FC Kaiserslautern and FSV Frankfurt , he switched to the youth department of Eintracht Braunschweig in summer 2014 . After playing one season for their second team, he moved to the Stuttgarter Kickers in summer 2016 . In the summer of 2017, he moved to third division Werder Bremen II . It was there that he made his first professional appearance when he came on as a substitute for Niklas Schmidt in the 88th minute of the game on April 29, 2018, the 36th matchday, in a 3-0 away win against FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt .

Kaffenberger stayed in Bremen until the summer break of 2019. In July 2019, BSV Rehden from the Regionalliga Nord reported Kaffenberger's commitment.
