Marco Sala (born August 19, 1886 in Cornate d'Adda , † December 14, 1969 in Milan ) was an Italian football player .

Marco Sala, known as Marchino , was a long-time AC Milan player . On January 10, 1909 , he made his debut for Milan in the top division, the Prima Categoria , in the game against city rivals Inter Milan . AC Milan won this game 3-2. In the next few years he was regularly used in the position of defender until 1916 the league had to be interrupted due to the First World War. In 1919 Sala took part in the championship operation again with Milan, but did not play the season to the end and completed his last competitive game in the service of the Rossoneri with the point game on December 7, 1919 against AC Pavia . Then he was only used in friendly games until March 1921. For the 1921/22 season Sala moved to city rivals Inter Milan, for which he completed 18 games in the Prima Categoria and then ended his career. He was denied a title win during his career.

Sala completed an international match for the Italian national team . On March 17, 1912, he was used in the friendly against the Equipe Tricolore for the Squadra Azzurra . The Italians lost 3: 4 in Turin .
