Performing in tournaments

The Polish national team regularly takes part in European Championship and World Cup qualifications and has so far qualified once for each of the final tournaments. In 1992 Poland reached the second round of the World Cup after victories over hosts Hong Kong and Nigeria, in which they had no chance against Spain, Iran and Belgium. At the only European Championship finals in 2001 you stayed in the preliminary round against Spain, Ukraine and Croatia without winning points.
