Marco Zipoli
Marco Zipoli (born June 16, 1990 in Genoa ) is an Italian racing driver .
After Zipoli 2003 to 2006 in karting was active, he made in 2006 in the Italian Formula Azzura his first experience in Formula racing . In the following season he stayed in this series and secured the runner-up title behind Salvatore Cicatelli with six wins . In 2008 the Italian switched to the Italian Formula 3 championship and finished sixth in the overall standings with a second place as the best result. In 2009 Zipoli contested his second season in the Italian Formula 3 championship and won two races. At the end of the season he was runner- up behind Daniel Zampieri .
As a reward for his achievements in Formula 3, Zipoli took part in Formula 1 test drives for Ferrari in December .
