Marfa Matwejewna Apraxina ( Russian Марфа Матвеевна Апраксина ; * 1664 in Moscow ; † December 31, 1715 jul. / January 11,  1716 greg. In St. Petersburg ) was the second wife of Fyodor III. Tsarina of Russia.

She was the daughter of Matwei Wassiljewitsch Apraxin, a nobleman from Ryazan , and Domna Bogdanovna Lowchikowa. On February 24, 1682, she married the tsar, who had been widowed for a year, in Moscow, but the marriage lasted only two and a half months; the tsar died on May 7, 1682. The marriage remained childless.

The former Tsarina lived as a widow in St. Petersburg for 33 years and died there in 1716 of a stomach disease. She was buried in the Peter and Paul Fortress . At her funeral, the old custom that mourners should mourn the coffin was abolished on the orders of Tsar Peter the Great (half-brother of Fjodor III).
