Margaret Adeoye ( Margaret Adetutu Adeoye ; born April 22, 1985 in Lagos ) is a British sprinter of Nigerian origin.

As a child, she moved with her family to London , where she made her uncle for the Running enthusiastic. In 2010 she was discovered as a British university champion over 200 m by Linford Christie , who took care of her from then on.

In 2012 she became British champion in indoor and outdoor over 200 m. At the Olympic Games in London , she reached the semifinals over this distance.

In the following year she defended her national indoor title over 200 m. At the 2013 World Athletics Championships in Moscow, she won bronze with the British team in the 4 x 400 meter relay .
