Margaret Lockley
Margaret Lockley (born Ashcroft ; born May 15, 1947 ) is a former British marathon runner .
In 1978 she was English champion and sixth in the New York City Marathon . In 1981 she finished tenth in the London Marathon , and the following year she won the Great North Run . In 1984 she won the Barcelona Marathon and finished eighth in London with her personal best of 2:36:06.
