Margaret Dingeldein

Margaret Dingeldein , also called Margie (born May 30, 1980 in Merced , California ) is an American water polo player and bronze medalist at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens ; she played in attack.

career

Dingeldein attended Merced High School and was called up to the US junior national team. In 1999 she enrolled at Stanford University with a degree in human biology ; there she was among the top scorers in the water polo university team, with whom she achieved numerous national successes.

Margaret Dingeldein graduated from Stanford University in 2002, then continued her medical degree at the University of California, San Francisco , where she graduated with a medical degree ; she is currently working as an anesthesiologist at the medical center of this university.

As a member of the US national team, Dingeldein won the gold medal at the FINA World Water Polo Championships in 2003 and the bronze medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. In these tournaments she contributed to the success of her team with her own goals.
