The Catholic Church of the Birth of Mary in rows , a district of the large district town of Sinsheim in the Rhein-Neckar district in northern Baden-Württemberg , still has two bells from the late 18th century.

Bells

In the tower of the church there are two bronze bells cast by Anselm Franz Speck in Heidelberg in 1778 and 1783 . The bell from 1778 has a diameter of 51 cm and bears the inscription THE CATOLIAN COMMUNITY REYHEN PROPERTY GOSS A. SPECK IN HEIDELBERG A 1778. The bell from 1783 has a diameter of 64.5 cm and a weight of 160 kg. Its inscription reads ANSELM FRANTZ SPECK IN HEIDELBERG GOSS MICH VOR DIE CATHOLISCHE GEMEIND ZV REHEN ANNO 1783. The Gocke from 1783 had to be delivered for armament purposes in the Second World War , but returned unharmed after the end of the war.
