The building at Maria-Eich-Straße 75 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1912. The house , which was built according to plans by the architect and builder Friedrich Schweisgut, is a protected monument .

The ground floor residential building with a steep mansard roof has a narrow gable front with a ground floor bay window . Because of the shortage of the floor space, a rear extension was built in 1921.

The poet Waldemar Bonsels (1880–1952) lived in the house .
