The building at Maria-Eich-Straße 47 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1903. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architects Martin Saumweber and Sebastian Stecher, is a protected monument .

The building in the neo-renaissance style , which is part of the first development of the Pasing forest colony , has a gable risalit that protrudes from a lateral floor bay .
