Sapogne-et-Feuchères is located about twelve kilometers south-southeast of Charleville-Mézières and about eleven kilometers west-southwest of Sedan . Sapogne-et-Feuchères is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Dom-le-Mesnil in the north, Hannogne-Saint-Martin in the east and northeast, Saint-Aignan in the east, Omicourt in the south and southeast, Vendresse in the south, Élan in the west and Boutancourt in the Northwest.
