Haulmé is a French commune with 91 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Charlesville-Mézières and the canton of Bogny-sur-Meuse (until 2015: canton of Monthermé ).

Haulmé is located near the border with Belgium on the Semois in the Ardennes . Haulmé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tournavaux (Belgium) in the north, Thilay in the east and Bogny-sur-Meuse in the south and west.
