La Grandville is located about six kilometers east-northeast of the city center of Charleville-Mézières '. La Grandville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Neufmanil in the north, Gespunsart in the east and northeast, Gernelle in the east and southeast, Saint-Laurent in the south and southwest, Charleville-Mézières in the southwest and Aiglemont in the west.
